About
Before Foresight I spent the last decade building rooms where people at the frontier gather. In Berlin a lot of that was a co-living and events space. The people passing through were working in web3, tech, and science, and also in design, art, and culture. Most of the work has had the same aim, placemaking, so the people in the room can do their best thinking together.
Along the way I founded the Berlin chapter of AIbuilders.club, managed INSIGHT for the MIND Foundation in Berlin, coordinated volunteers for ICPR with the OPEN Foundation in Amsterdam, ran operations at MOOS Space, and led brand work for Cyberdelic Nexus. I was editor in chief at PsychedeliCare, and I worked with KOMMA.
I have a degree in cognitive science from the University of Osnabrück, focused on critical phenomenology and AI ethics. Before the degree I worked as a front-end web developer and web designer at Walkthrough Productions. I have been coaching tennis professionally since 2015, and I write about it in Thoughts from the Court.
